Trained and qualified as an Analytical Hypnotherapy Practitioner and a Transformational Coach, Rebecca works with clients holistically to not only overcome current issues or behaviours, but to make shifts in their overall life that helps build reslience and mechanisms to manage any issues that may arise in the future.

"Following a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try hypnotherapy to tackle my hang ups with food and eating. Having spent years using food as an emotional crutch, I thought I would try and look deeper at the reasons why, break the cycle, and maybe help my weight loss along the way.
Never having tried hypnotherapy before, I was unsure what to expect, but Rebecca put me instantly at ease. She was friendly yet professional, and explained the whole process to me fully before we began. She spent time asking me questions about my life and background, and then we began to gently explore certain areas in more depth. I felt utterly relaxed and safe at all times, able to open up, whilst remaining in control all the time. After the session I felt light and refreshed. I spent a couple of days digesting what we had discussed, at which point I began to notice some subtle changes. It was as if the scales had just slightly tipped towards the positive. I was no longer thinking about food all the time, my will power was stronger, I was making better choices and I felt less like I needed food as a tool for my emotional well being. The cycle had broken. 6 months on and I have lost over one and half stone. I feel better about myself and much less hung up on food. I still enjoy it but the obsessive element has gone.
