Coaching Walks and programmes

Coaching Walks allow us to work together to discuss, analyse and plan your future and changes you want to make whilst walking through the beautiful Cotswold countryside (other areas also available upon agreement).  Being out in the fresh air and surrounded by nature often lends itself to a deeper understanding of yourself, your current life situation and being able to shift any blocks to achieving your goals.  It also increases creativity, lifts your mood and generally enhances your wellbeing.

Clients will generally benefit from a programme of coaching sessions over durations ranging from 3-12 months which can be a combination of walks, face to face and online meetings (telephone,skype, email etc.).




Weekend Wind Down

Spend an hour of your Friday evening releasing the stress and tension of the week so that you can properly wind down for the weekend.

This is a group hypnotherapy session designed to relax you, release anxiety and other destructive emotions that have built up over the week or longer!

The next session is on 5th May at The Retreat for Mothers, Milton Under Wychwood. Numbers are limited so book early to secure your place.
